Jinhua Kaida Thread Industry Co., Ltd. was founded on January 9, 2015, with Zhou Xiaokang as the legal representative. The company is located in Xinjia Intelligent Innovation Park, Qiubin Subdistrict, Wucheng District, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province. With more than ten years of in-depth engagement in the R&D, production, customization and sales of industrial sewing threads, it is a professional small and micro manufacturing enterprise specializing in garment accessories and industrial special sewing threads in central Zhejiang.

Registered capital stands at RMB 4 million. We integrate spinning, twisting, dyeing, setting and finished product processing, possessing a complete full-process production capacity for threads. Adopting the business model combining online e-commerce and offline distribution, we serve manufacturers nationwide across footwear, luggage, apparel, outdoor goods, automotive interiors and other sectors.

The company’s main business covers textile fabric processing, sewing thread products and sales of garment accessories. We accept sample-based customization, OEM private labeling and bulk cone thread supply. Our products are sold across numerous provinces and cities in China and also compatible with export orders. We can provide full sets of qualification reports including environmental protection test, color fastness and tensile strength test. Focused on the R&D and manufacturing of various special polyester sewing threads, we offer four major product series that fully cater to sewing scenarios including lightweight fabrics, heavy-duty thick materials, high-end leather goods and automated high-speed sewing:

Ordinary Polyester Sewing Thread

Available in a full range of standard specifications with cost-effective performance, suitable for basic sewing of ready-made garments, home textiles, fabric bags and knitted clothing.
High Tenacity Polyester Filament Thread

Features high tensile strength, excellent wear resistance and low shrinkage. Widely applied in thick-material products such as luggage, tents, denim workwear, bulk bags and fabric sofas.
Waxed Mark Thread

Manufactured by multi-strand twisting followed by surface paraffin wax impregnation. The thread body is rigid and highly wear-resistant, primarily used for shoemaking, genuine leather belts, canvas bags and topstitch decorative stitching.
Bonded Thread (Polyester / Nylon Bonded Thread)

Formed via integrated hot-melt setting, it resists strand separation and fuzzing during high-speed sewing. It is a dedicated premium thread for high-end leather goods, automotive interiors, safety products and luxury outdoor equipment.

Customization is available for all product lines in terms of color, ply count, denier and cone size. More than a thousand color options including black, white and assorted colors are provided. We produce small spools for retail as well as large joint-free industrial cones of 10,000 meters, meeting diverse demands for e-commerce retail, factory mass production and handmade DIY projects.

Mature and Stable Production Technology

We have introduced advanced twisting machines, high-temperature setting equipment and eco-friendly dyeing production lines. Threads go through multiple procedures: twisting, heat setting, silicone oil/wax treatment and color fixation dyeing. Strict control is implemented over three core indicators: tensile strength, shrinkage rate and color fastness. Finished threads are colorfast after washing, less prone to breakage during sewing and resistant to mildew during long-term use.
Compatibility with All Types of Sewing Equipment

Our threads fit all sewing machines, including household sewing machines, industrial lockstitch machines, heavy-duty mark sewing machines, high-speed computer synchronous sewing machines and double-needle machines. They effectively solve common industry problems such as skipped stitches, needle abrasion and strand splitting when sewing thick materials, helping clients improve factory productivity.

We support sample pattern development, specification adjustment on demand and OEM private labeling.
